3. Third-Party Contractors Disclaimer

Arcoso LLC acts solely as an intermediary. All pool repair, remodeling, resurfacing, and construction services are performed by independent, licensed Florida pool contractors. These contractors are not employees, agents, or representatives of Arcoso LLC. Each contractor operates independently and is solely responsible for:

• The quality and completion of the work performed.
• Maintaining proper licensing, bonding, and insurance as required by Florida law.
• Obtaining any necessary permits from Lee County or other local jurisdictions.
• Any warranties, guarantees, or follow-up service related to the work performed.

4. No Direct Service Provision

Arcoso LLC does not provide, perform, supervise, or guarantee any pool repair, construction, remodeling, or resurfacing services. Any disputes, claims, or issues related to the work performed by a contractor must be resolved directly with that contractor.

5. User Responsibilities
